Congratulations, lost tooth & scrapping!

First of all, I want to say 'Wooo hooo, congratulations, way to go' to my friend Kim- Kim's LO is on the front cover of this month's For Keeps- how cool is that??? I have seen the original page and it is even better in real life!!! Way to go Kim!!

OK- big news in our house! Emma has lost her first tooth. Not so exciting for anyone else however Emma has been hanging out for AGES to lose a tooth. Em is four months off being seven years old so she has been waiting forever to lose this first tooth!
How cute is this little girl???

On the scrapping scene, I am about half way through a mini album for this week's Craft Attic 'Attic Inspiration'. I am scrapping photos of Sarah's ninth birthday party and am loving it so far- just have to finish it before Thursday!!!
Also, on the Chookscraps site, I have made it through the next round of their 'Chookscraps survivor' competition- phew, down to 20 of us now!!! Next challenge is due on the 10th of Nov, same day that the next Scrapboxx DT challenge is due!! I had better start seriously thinking of what to scrap for them!!

That's all for now-

On to the next round...

I was very pleased to hear that I have made it through another round in the 'Scrapboxx Search for a DT'. Wow- some of the entries were outstanding- I can see it is going to be very difficult from now on!!! Here are my entries. We had to use 'one product, three ways'. I decided to use felt. I used felt as a background, as an embellishment (flowers) and I made a mini album out of felt as well!

It is my nephew's seventh birthday today- HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT! I hope you are having a wonderful day!!!

I hope anyone reading this is having a wonderful day too- bye for now!!!

Sarah is nine!!!

We survived! My beautiful daughter Sarah turned nine yesterday and last night we had a disco for 13 of her friends. DH put black plastic all around our car port to create a 'disco'. He also put up Sarah's disco ball and installed a 'black globe' which glows white clothing iridescent. I had glow in the dark bracelets for the kids and we had the music blaring! All the usual party food- chips, lollies, red sausages, sausage rolls, pizza, jelly etc. The cake was made up individual ice cream Sundae- very easy and delicious!!! Overall, it was a great party!

OH- I need help too- being a bit of a computer gumbo, I can't work out how to add a 'site counter' onto this blog. I have gone and got the code and all that, I just find how or where to put the code- if you know, please help!!!!
